? Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 INR per month

? Responsibilities:
– Conduct interactive training sessions to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and other essential soft skills.
– Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet individual and organizational goals.
– Provide ongoing coaching and support to participants to ensure skill development and growth.
– Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
– Collaborate with team members to design innovative training materials and resources.

? Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
– Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to engage and motivate learners.
– Certification or relevant qualifications in soft skills training would be an advantage.
